CK Group, founded in since 1992 by Mr Xay Koualyvong, who was then the sole proprietor of the firm. Subsequently, Mr Vandy Koualyvong joined the Company in the year of 1995 as a partner, and ultimately became a Partnership Company, by virtue of the change, as it stands today. The Company currently has almost three decades of history and experience in Trading and Automobile activities. From a humble begining in 1992, it has now grown into a conglomerate of businesses includes Lao Lottery, CK Construction Materials Supply, CK Architects & Construction, CK Concrete Mixing Plant, Drinking Water Factory and Real Estate Investment & Development.

In 2003 CK Group has set up a CK Architects & Construction. Within a short period of time, CK Architects & Construction has successfully completed projects in Laos from Rehabilitation Centre to Industrial and Commercial Building. Its activities also include Interior Renovation Works as well as retrofitting works. Currently, CK Architects & Construction has aligned itself with Professional Project Directors and Consultants and is currently part of the dynamic team offering clients in the region comprehensive building contracting works backed by superior project management and professional consultancy for all aspects of building technology. As such they will be ready to offer their clients the value-added service and advantage that comes from the presence of the professional team.
